“A United Kingdom” at ISU Saturday

“A United Kingdom” will be shown this Saturday, June 10, at 3:30, 5:45 and 8:00 p.m. in the Bengal Theater, telling the true story about the King of Botswana and how his loving but controversial marriage to a British white woman put his kingdom and the British empire into political and diplomatic turmoil. “The Wall Street Journal calls the movie, “An extraordinary story, solidly based on historical events, one in which love and idealism are confronted by racism on both sides of the color line.” (Rated PG-13) Admission is $3 for the public, $2 for ISU staff or free for ISU students with Bengal ID.
